I booked our bridal party a few weeks in advance, but most of my bridesmaids were from out of town, hence we had to change our appointment around several times. The inside was nice and clean, the chairs were comfy and spacious.
I can't rave enough about Pinkie Luxe! Came here for part of my bridal shower celebration and we were so pleased with the service and overall experience. I can't thank them enough for going out of the way for me and my bridal party. This is rare for any establishment and especially a bargain at this price! I would not hesitate to return and would recommend them to anyone. I'm growing out my brows and the wax was conservative as needed and the shaping was exactly as I wanted. I also got my brow waxed and the brow wax was perfect. All the staff at Pinkie Luxe went above and beyond to make sure all of us left the salon feeling pretty and relaxed. The massage is the best part of having pedicure here. The technicians were friendly and made us all feel very welcome. I've had hundreds of manicures, yet they do a QUALITY job here. The manicure and pedicure were top notch. I believe they have 10 chairs for the pedicures, which was great for our big party. She even offered to come in earlier than the normal business hours, thus all five girls in my party were worked on simultaneously so we all finished around the same time - no waiting around for stragglers. However, Cindy, the owner was very accommodating. I will be back to this place and throw in a pedicure and I have my fingers crossed that my experience is the standard and not the exception. I was beyond impressed that she would turn someone away rather than have them show up and wait and then maybe get less than stellar nails. She told someone that tomorrow (Saturday) that they booked solid. As I was checking out at a very reasonable price even more so compared to the service I heard the manager answer the phone and say something that I have never heard before. I will say that if you are in a hurry this is probably not the place for you but I will take slow and steady to have great nails as opposed to the fast and furious. I was also impressed that the young girl who did my toe polish change was also very deliberate in each stroke making sure my toes were also spot on.
After he had applied all the different coats he again took his time as he finished shaping them to perfection and applying the top coat. He was very meticulous in that he took time between dips to make sure that he applied the next coat that he literally painted them before adding the next. Then before he started just applying whatever bonds the powder he shaped them first and did some tweaking before going on to the next steps. Once all my old nail polish was off Andy took a very different approach in that he fit the tips and listened when I said I said I wanted them short.

My nail tech Andy was extremely professional and honestly approached my names in a way I was not use to. All nail salons these days seem to try and recreate an overall spa feel so that they can charge 60.00 for a pedicure but here the interior is clean but it's not over the top. I called the day before and made an appointment for NexGen/Dipping Powder and a toe polish change the day before and so when I walked in I started to question my choice. The location of Pinkie Luxe is close enough that I could walk to it from my office and so I thought I have tried so many places that why not give them a try. Don't let the interior fool you because there are some really great nail specialists here.
